This greatly improved new 5.5 kVA gasoline-powered BISON generator replaces the previous model, providing greater power, higher fuel economy and more advanced portable power technology. The 5kw petrol generator has a powerful 13-horsepower engine with a peak power of 5500 watts and a continuous power of 5000 watts.

Other features include two 15-amp sockets and a circuit breaker, a 25-liter fuel tank that can run continuously for up to 15 hours (half load), and an oversized muffler for ultra-quiet operation. This new model also includes a digital multi-function meter display that can display accumulated operating time and voltage.

The device has a high-strength frame, designed for harsh environments, and has excellent fuel efficiency. It is very suitable for trade and construction applications, as well as agricultural and agricultural uses, and can be used as a backup power source for homes or small businesses.

We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of BISON.

While we invest a great deal of time designing tools that are robust and made to a high standard, like all machines, at times they do fail and we like to make things straight forward and easy for you to understand.

For your reassurance we want you to know all of our practices are in line with contracts. Beyond that we work closely with International Trading Standards to ensure our policies are fully compliant with local legislation.

Our two-year warranty was established so that you can really have faith in your purchase and by extension, us, as an established China reputable manufacturer of power tools and generator.

We want you to be sure that if there is a problem you can speak to Bison team that will evaluate the problem and ascertain what can be done to get things resolved for you.

EXCLUSIONS

We are not able to extend this warranty to wear and tear parts.

If they are not listed under spare parts, we still be able to help and we shall endeavour to do so. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to discuss any aspect of your warranty. We are happy to do so.

MISUSE

Our warranty does not cover the damage incurred to a product during use. Examples include the product becoming damaged while in use and also being used incorrectly or against manufacturer recommendations.
